Outside your property

Immerse the bag in water and position outside to act as a water barrier.

          The barrier works best when stacked in a pyramid style as shown.
          1 layer of 3 bags (420mm x 570mm) across a doorway 1m wide will give
          a height of 10-12cm after absorption.
          Therefore you would need 4 layers to give a barrier 40cm -50cm high
          Stacked as shown this would require 14 bags in total.

If a higher stacking is required then the base would need to be increased to create a pyramid stack.

As flood depths vary we would recommend the following calculation as a guide:

14 bags per 1m of doorway to protect against 30cm of water.

Inside your property

Use dry inside the doorway to soak up leaks.
Use anywhere to soak up leaks, bursts or spills.

IMPORTANT - The bags can become slippery after immersion in water.
DO NOT stand or walk on the bags when they are wet as you may fall.
